Pacific Roofing LLC works out of Belen, in the Rio Grande valley south of Albuquerque, and covers the whole state from there. We install every roof system New Mexico buildings actually use — architectural shingle, standing seam and panel metal, TPO and EPDM membrane, hot-tar built-up and modified bitumen, tile repair, and the gutters and fascia that carry the water off all of them.
Roofing here is its own problem. More than 300 days of sun a year cook cheap materials brittle. Spring wind finds every nail driven wrong. Then the monsoon dumps a season's rain in a handful of afternoons and every flashing, seam, and drain gets tested at once. We spec underlayment, fastening patterns, and drainage for that, and we do not cut those details to win a bid on price.
We would rather sell you a $400 flashing repair than a roof you did not need, so every inspection comes back with photographs and a straight answer about how much life the roof has left. When we do build a new one, you get a written scope with a start date and a finish date, a crew that dries the roof in before it leaves for the night, and a magnet sweep across the yard before we pull off the street.
