Albuquerque
Residential and commercial roofing across Albuquerque — pitched shingle and metal, plus TPO, EPDM, and built-up flat roofs.
Albuquerque is a flat-roof city. Huge numbers of homes here are Territorial and Pueblo Revival style with low-slope roofs, parapets, and canales, and those roofs fail at exactly three places: the parapet base flashing, the canale itself, and wherever water has been standing long enough to break down the membrane.
We install TPO and EPDM single-ply over properly sloped insulation, heat-weld or tape every seam, and detail parapets and canales with purpose-made flashings rather than a bucket of mastic. Where an existing membrane still has life left, a cleaned, primed, and coated roof can buy you years for a fraction of a tear-off.
On the pitched side — the Heights, the Northeast, the newer westside subdivisions — it is architectural shingle and standing seam metal, installed with the underlayment and fastening pattern this wind deserves. Commercial, multi-unit, and HOA work all welcome.
