Rio Rancho sits high and open, which means wind. Roofs here lose shingles along the rakes and ridges years before the field of the roof is worn out, and every one of those lifted tabs is a place water gets under the underlayment.

We install to the manufacturer's high-wind nailing pattern, seal the rake and ridge details properly, and use starter strip where builders too often used a cut shingle. On exposed lots we will usually make the case for metal, which has nothing to lift.

After a hail event we document the damage with dated photographs and a written condition report you can hand straight to your adjuster — and we will tell you honestly if we do not think it rises to a claim.
